Stix and Stones Return Policy

As a small business, we are unable to offer refunds.

We will accept exchanges or returns for store credit, within 90 days of purchase, on yarn in original condition, meaning yarn cannot be wound in a ball, knit with, has no odor or dirt, and the label must be intact. Original receipt must be present in order to complete an exchange or return for store credit. Store credit will be issued on a gift card and it is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the gift card, which cannot be reissued in the case of a gift card being lost.

All sales final on: Knitting needles, crochet hooks, books/magazines/patterns, all knitting and crochet accessories, all wool washes and laundry care items. Gift Cards are non refundable.

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for out of town exchanges and fees cannot be refunded on orders.

Class and special event fees are non refundable, but may be transferred to another class or workshop if the cancellation has been given with 24 hours notice. Class cancellations given with less than 24 hours notice will be rescheduled at the discretion of the shop owner. No show attendance to a class or workshop, without communication, will not be rescheduled.
